Liquids dosing

Piping and piping accessory for the transport of liquids such as sourdough (rye, wheat), liquid yeast, oil, fat, syrup, bread cream, etc. to one or several target points (kneaders, drain,…)


NOTE: Ring pipe systems are necessary due to goods storage and dosing accuracy in pipes of greater length! Likewise, for some raw materials, heated or cooled and insulated piping must be installed. In some cases it is recommended to use CIP cleaning systems or pigging systems.

General function

The transported material will be conveyed from the production- or storage containers, either by means of gravitation or by a pump via piping to one or several target points.


Construction

The piping and piping parts are made of stainless steel, which is food-proof, rust and acid resistant, as corresponding to hygiene regulations. So are the corresponding components and producttouching parts.
