Automatic production of food-proof liquid ice or liquid ice for other Industries, made from cold water and salt or sugar (or glycol, ethanol). hb-ice is a pumpable liquid ice with a temperature range of approx. -2 °C. hb-ice, a closed system, that meets the hygienic and food-requirements. It is storageable and it is very simple and uncomplicated to use. One important module in the raw material automation concept.
The machine is filled by the water dosing system with cold water. The required amount of additive is added automatically from the additive storage buffer. A water/additive solution is produced and is pumped through the liquidice-generator to the storage tank. This is an automated program controlled production process where no operator interaction is needed. The dosing of the liquid ice is done by an insulated stainless steel ring pipeline and with a special pump, dosing counters or liquid weighing hoppers.
