Indoor silos angular with vibration discharge are suitable for the storage of bulk goods with difficult properties. Through the vibration discharge and the steep cone a product flow is ensured and separation of bulk goods with different densities is vastly avoided.
The modular design allows a space-saving, cost-effective transport and also an optimal installation in buildings and insertion in segments. Thanks to the angular base, the installation space can be optimally utilized.

Indoor silo for installation in storage rooms which are officially approved. Storage and discharge of powdery, crystalline, coarsely and grainy products like salt, sugar, baking improvers, coarse meal and grains.
Silo filling: The flour is supplied to the silo by a filling pipeline. The conveyor air is separated through the silo filter. Storage silo with vibration disc discharge and a load relieving assembly.
Silo discharge: The vibrating bottom, fixed on the cone flange with well dimensioned suspensions, is brought into vibration by the attached vibration motor. Thereby the stored material flows constantly through a special unloading installation to the outlet. The further conveying of the stored material can be done pneumatically with blow-through rotary valves, flow-through rotary valves, or with conveying screws.
Silo casing material: Parts in contact with the product are made of food proof materials with reinforcements, inspection glasses and man-hole access made of Plexiglas.
Discharge type: Vibration discharge disk with vibration motor. All discharge elements are vibration-cushioned.
Silo cover: Consists of a metal cover with reinforcements and an attached jet filter or area filter for the air separation.
