Dissolving natural salt, storage, cooling and automatic dosing of salt water. Can also be used only as a salt dissolver, if the salt water is forwarded to a storage tank.
After input of the desired amount of salt solution (brine), the necessary quantity of water will automatically be dosed into the tank in the correct ratio. The needed amount of salt will be displayed and must be manually added to the tank. Subsequently, the lid must be closed and the device auto-matically starts the dissolving process. Weighing and control of all inputs and discharges by built-in load cells. Automatic cleaning via rotating spray nozzles with hot- and cold water, all pipes are also flushed with water.
All parts made of stainless steel AISI 316, tank lid with safety switch. A separation device for manual discharging of sediments and residues is integrated. The standard version is not cooled.
