Aspiration of flour dust or ingredient dust, which appears during silo filling, filling of predough machines, hopper filling or depletion to kneader, as well as during Compo or bag dumping station or big bag depletion. The dust is sucked into the central aspiration station. The depletion of the collected dust can be into bags.
The aspiration blower sucks the dust into the filter cartridges and filters the aspiration air with permeability below 5 mg/m³ air mass. In the filter hopper are round filter cartridges, which filter the flour dust. The cleaning of the filter cartridges is done automatically with compressed air. The exhaust air exits over the aspiration blower to the set up room or to outdoor. The dust is collected in the cone of the filter station and has to be depleted in a certain time period - as option, this dust can be automatically refeed to a silo with a pneumatic system.
The aspiration station is made of stainless steel and is equipped with a vibrator and a manual or electro-pneumatic shut-off valve at the outlet. The noise level of the aspiration blower is 75 dB. The filter cartridge cleaning happens using compressed air. Oil free and dehydrated compressed air to be supplied by the customer, on-site.
