Intended use
Floor scale for installation on the floor with stainless steel tray and syphon connection due to outlet and cleaning or with liftable flat key.
Automatable ingredient weighing with online connection to the recipe computer. (own offer item) Liquid components such as yeast, sourdough, etc. can be
automatically pumped as components into the kneader bowl and the recipe is controlled, as other manual ingredients.
General function
The floor scale is constructed especially for weighing mobile kneader bowls and dough components.
Customarily, an extraction hood is used for the floor scale.
The control of the scale is via PLC and Recipe computer or via own cradle terminal.
Construction
All surface parts are made of stainless steel for faster cleaning can be implemented the passable bridge section opening by hinges.
