Intended use
Indoor silos for installation in storage rooms approved by the trade licensing authorities. Storage and discharge of powdery, crystalline, coarsely ground and grainy products like salt, sugar, bakery improvers, shreds and grains.
General function
Silo filling:
The storage commodity is supplied to the silo by a filling pipeline. The conveyor air is carried in through the silo filter. Storage silo with discharge facility through vibrating plate and unloading installation.
Silo discharge:
The vibrating bottom fixed on the crossover with well-dimensioned suspensions is brought into vibration by the vibromotor. Thereby the bulk good flows uniformly through a special unloading installation to the outlet. The further conveyance of the storage good can be done pneumatically through blow-through sluices, through-feed sluices, conveyor belts or weighing conveyor belts.
The silo cell construction
Silo casing material:
Parts in contact with the product are made of food safe materials with reinforcements, inspection glasses and access made of Plexiglas.
Discharge type:
Vibrating discharge with vibrating motor. All discharge elements are cushioned against vibrations.
Silo cover:
Consists of a plate covering with reinforcements and an external, attached vibrating or jet filter for the air passage.
