Intended use
Indoor silos for installation in storage rooms approved by the trade licensing authorities.Storage, fluidising and discharge of wheat flour of the types 480 to 1600 and rye flour of types 960 to 2500 as well as corn flour.
General function
The flour is supplied to the silo by a filling pipeline. The conveyor air is carried in through the silo filter. The flour stored in the silo is intensively aerated by the air ventilation system on the fluidised bed during the extraction.Thereby cones of flour are not formed at the corners of the silo, and the flour is enriched with oxygen.When the flour is extracted from the silo, the fluidised flour flows to the deepest point on the silo floor, the vertical chute. From there the flour is transported further by a blow-through sluice.
The silo cell construction
Silo casing material:
Parts in contact with the product are made of food safe materials with reinforcements, inspection glasses and access made of Plexiglas.
Fluidised bed discharges:
Plain or double fluidised bed.The fluidised bed drain and base of silo are in galvanised sheet steel finish.
Silo cover:
Consists of a plate covering with reinforcements and an external, attached vibrating or layer filter for the air passage.
