Intended use
Pressurised feeder bowl for the discharge of powdery, coarsely
ground and grainy products like salt, sugar, flour, bakery
improvers, shreds and grains from bags.
General function
The raw materials delivered in bags are emptied directly into the
bag dump on a coarse presieve.
The further conveyance of the storage commodity takes place
pneumatically through a blow-through sluice and blower.
Construction of the dumping station
Material of the version:
Parts in contact with the product are finished in stainless steel.
A supporting grating serves as bag support.
If with dust exhaust, it is activated by a switch at the opening of
the cover.
A dust filter is integrated in the back upper part of the bag dump.
The dust is absorbed or drawn out through this filter.
Discharge type:
Electropolished cone discharge with vibration engine.
The rotary valve is an extra offer item.
