Intended use
Storage and discharge of powdery, crystalline, coarsely ground
and grainy products like bakery improvers, shreds and grains.
General function
The raw materials delivered in bags are emptied directly into the
bag dump on a coarse presieve.
A safe discharge of the product is guaranteed by the attached
fluidised bed plate.
The dust exhaust is activated by the opening of the cover.
The further conveyance of the storage commodity takes place
pneumatically through blow-through sluices.
Construction of the dumping station
Material of the version:
Parts in contact with the product are finished in stainless steel.
A supporting grating serves as bag support.
The dust exhaust is activated by a switch at the opening of
the cover.
A dust filter is integrated in the back upper part of the bag dump.
The dust is absorbed or drawn out through this filter.
Discharge type:
Fluidised bed discharge with aeration.
2 air butterfly valves, air blower on silo or extra.
