Intended use
Pneumatic bulking (fluidisation of flour) for one to several fluid bed silos through an aeration pipeline.
General function
The entire silo base is covered with a gauze that passes the air through and is subdivided in sectors.
The pneumatic bulking system adequately supplies the silos with oil-free compressed air.
The quantity and pressure of air are calculated based on the size and number of the silos.
The fluidised bed sectors are aerated alternately by butterfly valves. Small silos 2 times, large silos 4 times.
Therewith an extensive pneumatic bulking of the stored commodity is ensured.
Construction
Maintenance-free side channel blower station in precise die-cast aluminium model of the Siemens brand with air suction filter and rubber pads as vibration absorber.
Blower sound absorber with aluminium pipe sleeve and pipeline and/or flexible tube up to the connector of the first silo cell.
The other elements of the pneumatic bulking (air butterfly valve) are integrated components of the fluidised bed silo.
