Intended use
Pneumatic pressure transport unit for powdered, crystalline or ground bulk goods. Hourly output on demand from 0.5 – 2 to/h.
For residue-free, hygienic raw material transport from Silos, Big-Bags, dustproof bags, ingredient machines etc. onto scales or other target points.
General function
The extraction blower station creates a vacuum in the scale (container). Through openings of the damper, the transported material is sucked through the extraction transport line of the receiving point (scales, containers) – see figure 1!
Depending on the transport line unit and the number of elbow pipes and two-way-valves, the transport blowers are chosen.
Construction
The extraction transport line is constructed from aluminium for non-abrasive materials (flour). For abrasive transport materials (e.g. sugar, salt,…), the transport lines and production-related unit parts must be constructed from stainless steel.
