Intended use
Dissolving yeast or press yeast, storage, cooling and automatic dosing of yeast mixes.
Can also be used only as a yeast dissolver, so that a cooled storage tank is forwarded.
General function
After input of the desired amount of yeast mix, the necessary quantity of water will automatically be dosed into the tank in the correct ratio.
The amount of yeast necessary for this will be shown and must be manually added into the tank.
Subsequently, the lid closes and it automatically starts the dissipation process.
The yeast mix will then be cooled down to ca. 5 ºC.
Weighing and control of all entries and discharge points via built-in floor scales.
Automatic cleaning via rotating spray nozzles with hot and cold water, all pipes are also rinsed.
As an option, pig cleaning can be mounted to the piping.
Construction
All parts from stainless steel, tank dome with safety switch.
Cooling and insulation are built into the device, so that the yeast pulper can also be used as a storage tank.
