Intended use
Fully automatic production of rye and wheat sourdough, pre-dough, thickeners and stock cubes.
Automatic discharge dosing to one or more target locations via the recipe computer.
General function
Automatic europro-filling from Silos via a pipe guide.
Automatic water dosing and temperature control via Filler PTI 100, TA from 160 to 240 with any starters.
Program-controlled production cycle according to the manual, corresponding video individually configurable.
Automatic discharge recipe-controlled.
Weighing and control of all entries and discharge points via 4 digital measuring cells. Each sourdough type can be saved and accessed as a recipe. Automatic cleaning via the rotating spray nozzles with hot and cold water, all pipes are also rinsed.
Construction
All parts from stainless steel, tank dome with safety switch, tank lid with overpressure, ventilation valves.
Air separation: vibrating filter or central extraction.
