Intended use
Storage, cooling and automatic dosing of liquid egg.
General function
After filling the tank, it is cooled down to ca. 5 ºC and stirred via interval switching.
Weighing and control of all entries and discharge points via load cells.
Automatic cleaning via rotating spray heads with hot and cold water, all pipes are also cleaned.
As an option, pig cleaning can be mounted to the piping or you have an additional cleaning tank.
Construction
All parts are made of stainless steel, tank dome with safety switch.
Cooling and insulation are fitted on.
The piping is cooled down and insulated and constructed as loop cabling.
