Intended use
Dissolving butter, vegetable fat, storage and automatic dosing of butter and fats.
General function
The raw material is added to tempered containers.
Subsequently, the lid closes and it automatically starts the dissipation process.
Weighing and control of all entries and discharge points via built-in floor scales.
Automatic cleaning via rotating spray nozzles and cleaning agents with hot and cold water, all pipes are also rinsed.
The piping is also tempered by a tubing heating.
Construction
All parts from stainless steel 4571, tank dome with safety switch.
Insulation and heating of the tank and the piping is standard.
