Intended use
To soak and mill the bread into a finer bread cream.
General function
The device processes unmilled bread of up to 2 kg a piece into a finer bread cream.
The bread-water mix ratio is maximum 1:2, so 100 kg of soaked bread and 200 litres of water.
Bread soaking time of at least 10 min. is needed.
The milling time is 5 minutes.
Weighing and control of all entries and discharge points via built-in floor scales.
Automatic cleaning via rotating spray nozzles with hot and cold water, all pipes are also rinsed. Program control as in manual!
Construction
All parts from stainless steel, large tank dome with safety switch.
Cooling is built into the device.
Built-in floor scales control the filling and withdrawal using “Backcontrol”. (own offer item) During not prescription-steered execution bread and water are
filled manually and the withdrawal been made by means of shut-off valve into a litermass or by pump with tube line to the kneading machines.
The quantity dosage is made in this case by counters with control terminal.
