Intended use
Hygienic and clean storage of powder, ground, crystalline, grainy products as salt, sugar, baking agents, grains, coarse meal and flour, as well as their manual weighing.
General function Manual weighing is done using the ingredient scale.
Construction
All tables in bakery-suitable stainless steel construction with 2, 3 or 4 bottom storage shelves.
All ingredient tables are movable with 4 guide pulleys 125 Ø (of these 2 adjustable), on demand, mounting control for recipe computer.
All plastic containers are of stable, food-safe construction.
