Intended use
Fully automatic ingredient dosing and weighing of several
components such as powder, ground, crystalline, grainy products
as salt, sugar, baking agents, spices and flour.
Computer-supported recipe processing. (extra offer position)
CAUTION: fading products such as for example cocoa
or fat-containing products are partially non-automatable!
Special eligibility: egg powder, milk powder, industry.
General function
The ingredients are stored in the Compo containers and
automatically dosed onto the integrated conveyor scale.
After weighing and dosing of all the recipe’s components, the
conveyor scale carries the ingredients automatically to the
flour container scales or to one’s own accepting locations via
extraction or pressure pneumatic.
