Intended use
Extraction of the flour dust or ingredient dust which occurs through Silo filling, pre-dough machines, container filling or kneader filling, as well as Compo or bag emptying (Big Bags).
The dust is extracted in the central extraction. The filter can be emptied into bags.
General function
The extraction ventilator extracts the dust into the filter cartridges and filters the extracted air with a dust content of under 5 mg/m³ air.
Several round filter cartridges are found in the filter container, through which the flour dust is filtered.
The cleaning of these filters is done by automatic compressed air cleaning.
The air is extracted by the ventilator into the room or out into the open.
The filter dust collects in the filter cone; a full indicator ensures a warning of overfilling.
The filter dust must sometimes be bagged – optionally, this can also be carried into a Silo by a blower sluice using the frame.
Construction
The extraction station is made of stainless steel and a manual or electro-pneumatic lock flap in the outlet cone.
The extraction ventilator has a sound level of 75 dB.
The filter cleaning is via air pressure.
Oil and water-free compressed air for cleaning system is to be furnished by others.
