Kneader filling and extraction hood AHE
Extraction of flour and ingredient dust, which collects
during container emptying into kneader bowls or during
ingredient dosing.
Central extraction station ZABS
Extraction of the flour dust or ingredient dust which occurs
through Silo filling, pre-dough machines, container filling or
kneader filling, as well as Compo or bag emptying (Big Bags).
The dust is extracted in the central extraction. The filter can be
emptied into bags.
