Auto production of food-proof liquid ice, made from drinking water and salt (purity requirements).
hb-ice is a free flowing and pump able liquid ice with a temperature range of 0°C to -3°C.
hb-ice meets the strict sanitation and food-requirements, because of its totally closed system. It is storage able for a long time and it is use able very simple and uncomplicated.
Function in general:
The machine is going to be filled via a water dosing system or via a cold water pipeline (not in our scope of delivery).
The required amount of salt is filled in manual.
Program steered discharged according to our user guide and operating manual.
The dosing of the liquid ice will be made via a stainless steel pipeline and with a special pump.
The HB-Ice machine is situated on 4 load cells which calculates the in- and out put of the material. Because of a special isolated circular pipeline the dosing of fresh liquid ice to the discharge points is possible, at any time.
All parts are made of stainless steel V4A. Big inspection opening with safety switch and bleed valve. Incl. complete cooling system.
Pump, valve, pipeline, dosing counter etc. as well as the discharge control are separate positions in our offers.
