General function
Several silos and balances are operated via PLC built into the switchboard.
Flour silo units, ingredient scales, water dosing units can be monitored and controlled at the same time.
Raw materials and recipes can be set up on the monochrome 6” touch-screen in colour and a container scale is dosed.
Ingredients for recipe processing are regulated online by ingredient scale and water unit.
Intended use
Recipe computer for small use with interface for automatic water mixing unit HB11 Connect and for ingredient scales ZW33 and ZW66.
Simultaneous dosing and weighing of flour, water and ingredients is possible.
