Award for a new and innovative dough cooling system:On the 6th October 2009 he company HB-Technik GmbH from Oberndorf/Schwanenstadt was distinguished on the international baker's trade fair in Dusseldorf with the internationally famous innovation price IBA-Trophy 2009.
The expert's committee awarded the hb-ice ® dough cooling system, which allows absolutely new possibilities with the dough preparation. This popular international honouring will award only all 3 years within the scope of the biggest baker's trade fair of the world.
The hb-ice ® dough cooling system serves for the automatic production of food-proof liquid ice of drinking water and salt (purity requirement).
The hb-ice ® is a free-fluent, pumpable liquid ice in a temperature range of-3°C to-10°C, it is a closed system which corresponds to the most strict hygiene and food regulations,it is long storable and easy and uncomplicated applicable.
With this innovative development, a circle was closed which failed up to now because of the hand addition of shard ice (with known problems of the hygiene) and was solved with the full automatically procedure of the hb-ice ® dough cooling system.
Besides, this new system lowers the operating expenses about 40% compared with customary systems.
The president Peter Becker and Back Media chief editor Hermann Kleinemeier handed over the popular price to the sales manager Friedrich Bachmair of HB- Technik in the state of the central federation of the German baker's craft.
The Austrian company HB-Technik GmbH is working since 37 years in the baker's technology and offers tailor-made automation draughts for the raw material processing.
