The concept of automation
From 7 outdoor silos, 2 indoor silos for flour as well as 8 medium-components silos will be funded into 2 central weighing stations for flour and into 2 weighing stations for medium components. From a ingredients dispenser with 16 containers, small components are simultaneously promoted in two seperate ingredients scales.
A big bag station for sugar is integrated into the medium-components line as well.
The automatic ingredient dispenser and the medium-components silos are filled by a dumping station.
The central weighing stations discharge their content into 2 sending-containers from where the transported material is conveyed to 6 different delivery points with overlying receiving tanks.
Butter, grease, oil, natural brine, water,liquid ice are metered by the respective hb automation components for these commodities and also automatically promoted to the 6 kneadingstations.
The system is controlled through several cabinets and 8 pcs hb-back control with 15 "touch screens, remote office connectivity and are connected to the central server
